Ingredients:

130 g (1 + 1/3 cup) rolled oats
160 ml (2/3 cup) hot water
Leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp sweetener (stevia or your choice)
150 g (1/2 cup) yogurt
1-2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
40 g (1/3 cup) nuts
100 g (3.5 oz) prunes
Bake 45-50 minutes at 180°C / 360°F
