Dr. William Makis: "There are things you can do if you've been diagnosed with one of these extremely aggressive cancers and things people are using successfully.
I always start what I call an alternative treatment protocol which you can do in conjunction with chemo and radiation if you like, is to eliminate sugar from your diet as much as possible because cancer thrives on sugar, especially aggressive cancers, they utilize sugar, so you try to move towards as much of a ketogenic diet as possible.
They you do long term fasts, 3 day fasting, 5 day fasting, even 7 day fasting. what fasting does is that it kicks in a process called autophagy and you need at least 36 to 48 hours to jump start this process, so intermittent fasting 16 to 24 hours is not going to work. You need at least 2 days, preferably 3 days when autophagy peaks.
Autophagy is the process by which the body eliminates damaged cells and eliminates them from the body and starts producing stem cells to replace those damaged cells. It does it with the immune system so it's basically a reboot of your damaged immune system. We talked about earlier how in Covid vaccinated individuals your cancer surveillance is damaged. That's because your immune cells are damaged...you can actually reboot your immune system by removing these damaged cells through long term fasting...The body removes the cells that have been damaged. Let's say they have been damaged by the spike protein, let's say you might have had an integration event of a DNA contaminant into your nucleus. The body will recognize that this is a damaged cell, it'll start removing some of these cells. Now it won't remove all of them in one session, but it'll start removing some of them and it also starts producing stem cells for the immune system as well so it's like a reboot of your immune system...
I highly recommend it for people who've been vaccine injured, people who have cancer risk, so let's say you have cancer risk in your family, you've had a couple of Covid vaccines or if you've had cancer in the past and that your cancer is in remission and you're worried about the cancer coming back because this thing kills precancerous cells and it also kills cancer cells as well. Actually it's being studied right now in clinical trials, now they're combining 3 day fasting with chemo, but they're showing that people have longer survival, they have much less side effects with the chemo, the chemo's much more effective if you combine it with the fasting."
