Dr. John Lott talked on Chicago’s most popular morning talk program, WIND-AM’s Morning Answer, about the Hartford “Self-Defense Brigade,” an armed group of citizens hoping to fend off violent crime in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Lott pointed out the irony with policies that make it difficult on law enforcement and for citizens to protect themselves.
