Delicious Cucumber Salad

This is one of my absolutely favorite snacks. I eat this almost every day!
1 Cucumber
Salt
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Oil
It really doesn't have to be exact and is better if the ratio is a little different every day. Slice cucumber, put topping on and enjoy. A super simple, easy, delicious, inexpensive, nutritious snack or side dish.
