War in ukraine

In general I see a lot of people arguing that "Trump will end the conflict", but people forget that the US is not, and is involved in the conflict.

A contradiction due to the asymmetry of the conflict, in which many times even in Western MSM wonder how much freedom Ukraine has. Weapons arrive but it is often not known where they end up inside Ukraine or who is in charge of the army, and this confusion seems to be reflected in all actors and is not a cover-up.
Ukraine was and is a quasi-Third World country in which different oligarchs control important factions of the government/state and Azov itself and its birth and the structures formed within the government around the Ministry of Interior and the National Guard confirm this.
That is, even if the US puts pressure on a diplomatic resolution, the risk of the military simply not complying with the order and resulting in a coup or civil war is high. People easily forget how in a situation of truce and in which Zelensky received broad support from all sectors of the Ukrainian population to resolve the conflict peacefully, he was simply ignored by units like Azov.

Imagine such a video today...

Of course we have the chicken farm that is the EU, which as I have been saying, is not a country, it is a union of countries with many different opinions, even if the EU (or its presidency) would support peace talks, what would Poland for example do?

And of course we have Russia, which has been in essence a year and a half of progressively gaining strength all along the front, the economy is doing well, the popularity ratings are acceptable and the casualties as well. What is the reason to stop now?

Even before we start getting Russia and Ukraine around the same table to negotiate, these factors should be resolved and mitigated, and they are all outside the scope of US influence.
