Xmas day 2017 indirect contact video call between Ayrton + Gabrielle & daddy

This call takes place on Xmas day in 2017. Gabrielle is the first to interact with daddy, but shortly afterwards Ayrton joins them. For a significant part at the beginning of this video call, both Ayrton & Gabrielle spend most of the time playing with building blocks & other toys they receives for Xmas in the background, occasionally interacting with daddy.

Considering this to be a form of contact between Ayrton, Gabrielle & daddy, there seems to be much more interaction between daddy & mommy than with Ayrton & Gabrielle. or that rather than mommy getting Ayrton or Gabrielle to interact with daddy, she seems happy to be the main 1 engaging with him. Now, why the mention of this? It's been explained on previous clips that their mother's intentions are to use Ayrton & Gabrielle to pressure daddy into subjecting himself to her irrational behaviour & expectations of post separation dynamics. It is also mentioned on previous clip how bizarre her friendliness toward daddy is, & why.

But when Ayrton & Gabrielle are then encouraged to interact directly with daddy, that's when the messing around starts. Daddy then uses Ayrton as an accomplice to tickle Gabrielle in a way the is know for tricking them into. They both continue to play with building blocks that they received for Xmas this year, with daddy occasionally engaging on their role play.

At a certain point, Ayrton snatches some building blocks from Gabrielle to build a different idea type of bridge to Gabrielle. As this is unacceptable & inconsiderate, daddy then tries to get Ayrton to understand the impact of his actions on others, on how it would make him feel if it was done to him instead. Consequently exploring other more rational alternatives to snatching. Although daddy eventually gets it through to him, it does takes several attempts as he keeps getting distracted with toys or interrupted by Gabrielle. This is something else explored in previous clips, how their ability to focus diminishes as they spend less & less time with daddy, resulting in significant counterproductive impact years later. That's another factor that North East Lincolnshire & Louth children's services decided to ignore or suppress from their reports during proceedings.

At around halfway point of this video call, Gabrielle then starts to more significantly engage directly with daddy, as they are getting ready for their dinner & eating it during the last part of the call. Ayrton, Gabrielle & daddy have some fun messing around with video call filters.

However, as also previously mentioned, having an indirect contact video call during meal times isn't ideal either, as they will be shifting focus from 1 task to the other, consequently resulting in unnecessary potentially frustrating delays. Considering that it was due their mother's false allegations that resulted on those arrangements in place at the time, it would be rather rational for mother to ensure they have nothing else disrupting their time with daddy, nothing else distracting them during those calls.

In the last part of the call, Ayrton & Gabrielle play with Gabrielle's karaoke machine, with daddy occasionally joining in, or at least trying to, as there was some confusion or light chaos during this part of the call.

Soon enough it was time for goodbyes, this time they were rather effortless as opposed to their goodbye rituals seen several times on previous clips, & also due to Ayrton being upset because of wanting a karaoke machine too, he felt less up to the task of saying farewell in the form of their usual rituals. This difference in how farewells take place becomes rather apparent & can be witnessed throughout supervised contact sessions & indirect contact sessions, which show both Ayrton & Gabrielle more capable of focusing when their mom is absent from contact sessions/video calls.
