Learn to make Fried Dandelions

I absolutely love this recipe! Dandelions are extremely nutritious and now they can be delicious too! This recipe is so quick and easy with just a few ingredients.

Fried Dandelions Recipe:
15-25 Fresh Dandelions (use entire flower)
2 Eggs
1.5 Cups Flour
Seasoning Salt to taste
Directions:
Soak dandelions in salt water for 10 min.
Rinse and drain
Dip dandelions into eggs and then coat with flour, repeat until all covered
Fry in pan with tallow, oil, or butter for 8-10 min. Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
