Crab Taco’s
In a separate bag combine
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 pound crab meat
Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
For the Sauce combine in a small bowl
2 Tbsp Mayo
Hot Sauce to taste
To Build,
Warm a tortilla followed by a dollop of your mayo sauce, then crab meat, shredded cabbage, then shredded cheese. You can also add some diced tomatoes!

Taco Salad Bowl
Ground Beef Seasoning:
1 lb ground beef
1tsp ground cumin
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 - 2 tsp salt (depending on taste)
To Assemble:
Frito Lay chips or taco shell
Cooked rice
Cooked pinto beans
Ground beef
Shredded lettuce
Sour Cream
Salsa
Shredded Cheese
Diced Tomato and/or Onions

Spring Rolls:
Seasoning:
1tsp Ground Turmeric
2tsp Ground Thyme
1tsp Ground Ginger
1tsp Paprika
1tsp dill
1tsp salt
Assembly Line
Rice paper
Hot/warm water to fit the rice paper in.
Plate to roll
Shredded or cut carrots
Shredded or cut celery
Cut cooked pasta (I use spaghetti noodles)
Cooked Shrimp
Mixed seasoning

Spring Roll Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
Combine all ingredients
