In PA, 3 million errors in the registration records. Resulting 1 million errors in results. Congress has standards that the election system has to meet and if they are not within the standards the election cannot be certified.
PA has a 20% error rate and it needs to be corrected. It is unAmerican. 35% of the congressional representatives in PA have been elected under the PA error rate of 20%. Congress has decided that there is no more than 1 in 10 million error rate.
It is an equal protection issue. 1 in 5 vote has been proven to be questionable voter record.
