London festival showcases variety of contemporary clowning

From a diva commanding the stage to a punk-rock loving hooligan, a new generation of clowns take to the stage for a London festival celebrating contemporary clowning. Riss Obolensky, who hosted the opening cabaret at the Soho Theatre, says the public's perception has changed as clowning has evolved away from the traditional stereotypes.
