Dr. Bridle: We lost the opportunity to reach herd immunity

Dr. Byram Bridle: "The declared goal at the beginning of this Covid-19 pandemic was to achieve herd immunity and we lost that opportunity by how we treated our children.
Our children, had we let them interact with this virus, this comes down to something that was completely ignored throughout the past 3 years and has hurt our children horribly by not recognizing the validity of naturally acquired immunity. We have caught that was one of the biggest reasons why we had ultimately caused massive harm to our children. They had the ability to respond very effectively to this virus.
We know that naturally acquired immunity is superior in every way, shape and form as compared to the very subpar immune responses induced by these Covid-19 shots. And that would have given us a huge swath of our population that could have really helped us move towards that goal of herd immunity. It was disastrous way we responded to that and we can't do that again for the sake of our children."
