Shakur Stevenson has so much promise. He has great skills. He is gifted in almost every aspect of boxing. His problem: he gets too complacent and lets rounds go by. Since moving to 135, he's been quite unable to finish meaningful fights.

That said, the defense of Shakur Stevenson is astounding. He is so hard to hit and it's how he can win fights despite lacking meaningful punching power. All night, Shakur Stevenson crowded the punching lane of Artem Harutyunyan and made it near-impossible to punch him.

So how does Shakur Stevenson fair against the best in the division? Does he beat Gervonta Davis or Vasyl Lomachenko? You might flame me for this but he does give Gervonta Davis the toughest fight at 135 except maybe Lomachenko. Lomachenko, however, has an easier time against Shakur Stevenson than Gervonta Davis does.

Lastly, we will discuss O'Shaquie Foster "losing" to Robson Conceicao. In a fight that O'Shaquie Foster controlled from beginning to end, judges gave the not to Robson Conceicao. Robson Conceicao is a tough fight and gave good accounts against Shakur Stevenson and Emmanuel Navarette. But this was the textbook definition of a robbery!
