Women Outnumbering Men in Michigan Colleges

About 69% of Michigan women enroll in a college within a year of graduating high school, while only 56% of men do. In a Bridge Michigan report, several educators expressed concern over this trend, citing that obtaining further training or education after high school is a much surer path to higher pay than entering the workforce immediately.
