Narendra Modi departs for Moscow

Indian PM Narendra Modi has departed for Moscow, where he will meet Russian President Putin. In a departure statement, Modi stated that he’s looking forward to 'reviewing all aspects of bilateral cooperation with my friend President Vladimir Putin.'
