1 katori gram flour/ Besan
3 tspn sugar
juice of 2 lemons
salt as per taste
pinch of yellow food color
2 tbsp refined oil
1tspn greated ginger and green chili
1 tspn baking soda
little bit lemon juice to activate soda
For tarka
2 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tspn mustered seeds
1/4 glass of water
1/2 tspn sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 chhoped green chili's
little bit salt
Coriander leaves for garnishing
