Farming your own Probiotic

Probiotics are essential for good health. The ones you purchase are expensive and are often ruined by stomach acid and bile before they reach the intestines. Now you can farm your own for an inexpensive way to always have probiotics. The recipe I did was for 1/2 a gallon, the recipe below is for 1 quart. Feel free to make less if your family doesn't us that much.

Probiotic Recipe:
1 Quart Jar
4-5 Pieces of any fruit
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Probiotic inoculant (either 1/4 cup from last batch, or probiotic pill)
Fill 2/3 of the way with water
Put airlock on and let ferment for 1-3 days depending on temp in home
You can burp the jar every day if you don't have an airlock
Drink 1-2 oz every day (you can also eat the fruit)
Keep in the refrigerator 1-2 Weeks

These are the probiotics I bought to start: https://www.amazon.com/Vitalitown-Probiotics-Prebiotics-Resistant-Digestive/dp/B07XFZ51VW
