Action Radio 7/8/24, Missouri v New York for Rigging and Sabotaging the Election.

Well now, the complaint is filed. But we know with the Texas case suing leftist battleground States for rigging their elections disenfranchised Texas voters, and being a dispute between States, Article III requires the Supreme Court to take those cases, yet they didn't for some stupid made up legal theory that is unconstitutional, like "standing."

I've already seen how this being filed by the Missouri Attorney General, they declare upfront that they do have standing, they are being injured, and there is a remedy that's easily available. So, like good sales folks, they answer all the objections up front that the Supreme Court could possibly use to weasel out of this, like they did with Texas, and with the Missouri v Biden (Murthy) censorship case, which they also were required to take because it's a case arising under the Constitution.
