NELSON! ...Well, aside from that, we return to crack down on them terribly parked cars and serve justice to the inconsiderate owners. A vehicle won't be needed, but I almost immediately regret not having it after a few strides. But we will need cuffs for those stupid enough to be "sharing tasteless sugar". I just hope my hat doesn't fly off my head from the whiplash of disbelief... Wait, I HAS HAT?!!!
