Because New York City is New York City, Democrats are Democrats and Alvin Bragg is a bought and paid for Soros DA, a serial pick-pocketer has been revolving door’ed right back onto the streets because his latest charges somehow were not bail eligible according to him. This is when there are exceptions in New York’s soft on crime bail laws for recidivists.
