The world‘s smallest strawberry cake 🍰 @fitgreenmind

Just look at how CUTE it is!🥹🥹
RECIPE (1 serving, 45min prep time):
-35g flour
-15g sugar
—1/4 Tsp baking powder
-a pinch of salt
-1 Tbsp oil
-4 Tbsp (sparkling) water
Bake at 180C/360F for 25-30mins (air fryer: 15-20mins).
Let it cool down.
Cream:
-50g vegan yogurt
-5g instant vanilla pudding or corn starch
-5g sugar
Heat it up while whisking for 2-3mins.
Let it cool down.
-4 Strawberries
Cut the cake in half, add cream, add strawberry slices, add the cake top and the remaining cream.
