Learn about Biophysical Profile (BPP) in pregnancy—why it is needed, what are the 5 components, how the scoring is done, and also the Modified BPP. The BPP uses fetal monitoring and ultrasound scan to assess the fetus. The normal BPP score is 8/10 or 10/10.
