Avocado in Lemonade? You WON'T Believe This Healthy & Delicious Drink!
Step-by-Step Avocado Mint Chia Lemonade:
This refreshing and healthy drink combines the coolness of mint with the creamy texture of avocado, all balanced with tangy lemonade and a boost of protein and fiber from chia seeds.
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup cold lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Ice cubes, for serving
Optional Garnishes: Mint sprig, cucumber slices
Instructions:
Prep the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Combine in Blender: Add the avocado flesh, mint leaves, and lemonade to a blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times to ensure everything is incorporated.
Add Chia Seeds: Pour the blended mixture into a serving pitcher or individual glasses. Stir in the chia seeds.
Chill & Serve: Add ice cubes to the glasses and stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of mint or cucumber slices for an extra touch of freshness (optional).

Tips:
Use a very ripe avocado for the creamiest texture.
If you don't have fresh mint leaves, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of dried mint instead.
You can adjust the amount of mint to your preference.
If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a little bit of honey or agave nectar to taste.
The chia seeds will absorb some of the liquid over time. If the drink becomes too thick, simply add a splash of water or more lemonade to thin it out.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. The chia seeds will continue to absorb liquid, so the consistency may thicken slightly.
