Closing My Stuck Open Powered Car Window with a Battery Backup Unit

Obviously don't try this if you aren't comfortable working with electricity. I don't want someone to hurt themselves or their vehicle. I'm just showing what I did. At the end of the part with the car, I detail more of what I did on a table so it can be seen a little better.
In the vid I switch the wires on the alligator clips to reverse the motor, I could have just switched the alligator clips on the pins at the motor. The clips I was using were slippery and it was just easier for me to switch them at the wires. I probably could have done some other things to make this easier but my brain went right to this and all I had here to output 12 volts was that bbu.
