Ingredients:

8 slices of pork neck (1-1.2kg)(35,2-42,3 oz).
pinch of salt.
black pepper.
granulated garlic.
sweet red pepper.
marjoram.
olive oil.
3 onions.
olive oil.
1 large carrot.
1 red pepper.
1 tablespoon melted butter.
1 kg (35.2 oz) sauerkraut.

bake at 190°C until the meat is soft
For me it took 1 hour and 40 minutes
