7/3/2024 [Aila on Grant Stinchfield Show @stinchfield1776] The U.S. DOJ sought to prevent non-victim investors from testifying, but the court allowed it with strict restrictions on their testimonies. The government's fraud charges against Mr. Guo amounts to $1 billion, yet the combined losses claimed by the 6 alleged victims summoned by the government total only $1.3 million, with most investment funds already refunded to investors and some of the alleged losses are due to SEC rather than the investment itself!
