No-bake blueberry pie 🫐

Today we're making a very simple blueberry crumble cake.
Dough:
• I'm using a 140x280 baking pan
• 150 grams cold butter
• 300 grams wheat flour
• 1 egg
• 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• a pinch of salt
Berry filling:
• 300 grams blueberries
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1-2 tablespoons sugar
To make the dough, mix cold butter and flour (add salt and powdered sugar to the flour beforehand), rub into fine crumbs, then add the egg and mix everything with your hands, no need to gather the dough into a ball.
Spread 2/3 of the crumbs in the pan, level and press down with a spoon or the bottom of a glass. Then add the berries mixed with starch and sugar and the rest of the crumbs on top, pressing down slightly.
You can decorate the top with almond flakes and sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
If it browns too much on top, cover with foil.
Delicious, fragrant and crumbly cake is ready, let it cool slightly in the mold and you can serve it to the table. Enjoy!
