Cookie Dough Croissant (Le Crookie) 🥐

Recreating the viral cookie croissant by @boulangerie_louvard

Cut a croissant in half and fill with a layer of cookie dough (I used homemade - recipe on my feed). The key is to not overfill the croissant otherwise it will be too sweet and the cookie dough won’t cook. Top with two dollops of cookie dough and then bake in a preheated oven at 180C for ~12 mins or until golden on the outside and slightly gooey inside. Leave to cool slightly before enjoying!
