Vintage rope

This rope is about 30 years old. The rope is made of natural fiber. I found this rope in the attic of our house. The rope looks good. But this rope is no longer strong.

It seems to me that this is a rare device of our rural life, just like a table made of old boards. Such things are no longer produced. And nature aged it making it especially beautiful.

We hung the rope on the porch. So that the summer rains would wash the rope and the wind would dry the rope. Rare ropes cannot be washed! It ruins it! Only natural methods of influence :)

I am laughing. This is an excursion into our rural life. This rope will have no practical meaning. But decorative functions are possible.
