ELN guerrillas take the Panamerican highway between Cali and Popayán

On the morning of Thursday, July 4, a group of National Liberation Army (ELN) guerrillas appeared armed and in uniform on the Pan-American Highway, specifically in the Pescador sector, between Cali and Popayán. Several travelers captured images of the insurgents taking part of the road, without any intervention by the authorities.
