Faroe Islands - Juny 28, 2024: About 230 Pilot Whales Killed in Blood sport

Juny 28, 204: An estimated 230 pilot whales were slaughtered—an entire pod taken from the ocean in the name of tradition. This follows another pod killing earlier this month in the same area. Despite the islanders of this village having enough meat to last the year from the last massacre, dolphins continue to be killed without a clear plan for their use. These are sensitive beings with complex social structures, capable of feeling pain and emotion in ways we humans cannot fully comprehend. This is simply wrong! Enough is enough! #traditionscanchange
