Luke 15 challenges us to confront our flesh and biases, urging us to seek out the lost and show true humility. It's easy to sit in a pew, feeling self-righteous, or to look down on others because of their circumstances or appearances. But the Spirit speaks to us, reminding us that everyone is equal in Yahuah's eyes.
Reflecting on the parables in Luke 15, we see the importance of finding and helping those who are lost. Whether they are successful business people or celebrities hiding behind masks, or those struggling with visible hardships, we are called to show no favoritism and extend Yahuah's love to all.
The parable of the two sons hits home for many of us. We've all been the roamer, making poor choices and wondering why things go wrong, and we've been the good one, feeling overlooked. These words remind us to return to Yahuah, acknowledging our imperfections and striving to do better.
Can you admit your faults and strive for better? If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves (1 John 1:8). Let’s remember, none of us are perfect, but we can try to follow the teachings of Yahusha and the guidance of Yahuah.
