The Acolyte is Star Wars Fan Fiction and Should Be Treated as Such

The Acolyte is the worst Star Wars show in every category. The characters, plot, performances and reception are all low water marks for an already tarnished franchise. Leslye Headland got in over her head with this one and the ruination of the once largest franchise in cinematic history is complete.

Episode 6 of this stinker drove home the fact that this is a $180 Million fan fiction. Proof of that is the self insert lusting over the antagonist. The weird scene with Osha and Qimir at the pool is one of the most insane scenes you are likely to see in a CHILD'S SHOW, but it makes more sense when you realize other fan fiction authors *COUGH* women *COUGH* accurately guessed how the show was going down.

It's slop written for pigs. If this is the audience Disney wants for Star Wars, you can have it.
