Kofta Vegetable Rice

INGREDIENTS :
For mini Koftas
500 gms Beef Mince (or chicken mince)
2 green chilies crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Half tsp black pepper
1 tsp Parsley
Half tsp oregano
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
half cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp ghee or oil
Half onion chopped
half tomato chopped
Other ingredients
Half cup oil
2 eggs beaten
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup mix vegetable (I took carrots, peas, beans)
Half cup corn
1 cup bell peppers chopped (I took colorful ones)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 chicken cube
T tsp salt
1 n half tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
half tsp chili flakes
2 cups boiled basmati rice
Yellow food color
Spring onions to garnish
Method:
In a bowl add beef mince along with all the ingredients, and mix well.Grease your hands and shape kababs,without cracks. Fry them for 14-16 minutes at medium heat, flip in between until golden and done In a wok take oil, saute garlic, add eggs and cook, move them aside, add vegetables, soy sauce , chilli sauce,oyster sauce,all the spices & chicken cube, mix well, add koftas, Then add boiled rice, put some food color, sprinkle sprinkle onion, cover and let it cook at lowest flame for 10 mins. Uncover, give a good mix, and Enjoy!
