Hello fellow radio amateurs. Today I ordered myself an advanced uninterruptible power supply.
I will show you the unboxing and perform the first test of the device LPM-PSW-1500VA.

Correct Sine Wave UPS LPM-PSW-1500VA (1050W)

Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) with true sinusoidal output provide autonomous operation of electrical devices from the battery in case of power failure from the public network.

The shape of the output voltage in the form of a regular (pure) sine wave allows the use of this type of UPS for electrical equipment:

with transformer power supplies
with volumetric induction coils
with chokes
APFC (Active Power Factor Correction) power supplies, etc.
The LPM-PSW-1500VA (1050W) uninterruptible power supply has a built-in voltage stabilization function in the range of 140-275 at the input to 220±10% at the output.

3 steps to connect the UPS:

Connect the battery respecting the polarity;
Connect the UPS to the network by inserting the plug of the UPS into a 220V socket;
Wait for the self-test to finish and for the UPS to turn on.
Attention! The UPS will switch on automatically! Do not press the power button and interrupt the self-test!

A UPS with the correct sine wave and an external battery is used:

as uninterruptible power supplies for gas or solid fuel boilers
UPS for emergency lighting
to provide backup power for server stations and telecommunications equipment, thanks to the fast (hot) battery change function
Pure sine wave UPS for circulation pumps
Voltage stabilization with backup power supply for high performance and high speed computers
Choosing a UPS for Heating Boilers and Emergency Lighting Systems

Before purchasing a UPS with the correct (pure) sine wave, you must consider the following technical characteristics

The total power of the electrical equipment to be connected to the UPS. This parameter can be found in the technical documentation of each device.

The start-up power, which is the power consumed by the equipment when it is switched on. To connect the UPS to equipment with high inrush currents, you must choose a more powerful model of uninterruptible power supply.

The time required for the pump to operate autonomously from the battery. This is determined by the individual needs of the consumer. For long-term autonomous operation, you should choose a UPS with a pure sine wave output to which you can connect an external battery.

The LPM-PSW-1500VA (1050W) sine wave UPS has an output of 1500/1050W.

Types of external batteries that can be connected to the UPS:

Lead acid AGM. Lifetime - up to 400 charge/discharge cycles
AGM (multigel). Lifetime - up to 800 charge/discharge cycles
Gel battery. Lifetime - up to 1200 charge/discharge cycles
Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery. Lifetime - up to 7000 charge/discharge cycles
