Menu Item Actions in StreamDeck via Keyboard Maestro - feat Final Cut Pro retiming

Today I'm setting up a new streamdeck profile for Final Cut Pro. And the first set of buttons involve activating menu items which cannot be done directly in StreamDeck's configuration (AFAIK there isn't even a third party plugin to activate menu items). NBD, Keyboard Maestro can handle menu items. So, I show how to set all of that up to create retiming buttons for altering clip speeds in FCPX.
