Hooker Beat Man To Death Over Unpaid Sex Work

Sabrina Charles, 39, is accused of assaulting an unidentified man with a piece of wooden furniture at 19 Hancock Place near 125th Street in Harlem around 4:25 p.m., according to police and sources. Charles allegedly struck the man repeatedly on the head after performing a sex act on him between two parked cars, sources reported. She claimed that the man had raped her before the fatal assault, sources added. Charles was taken to the hospital for an examination.
