Newest experimental cell plates get a bath in citric acid to expunge Fe from the surface of the stainless. This new cell will be used in upcoming tests with PWM and VIC (Voltage Intensifier Circuit). I will also be testing resonant tank circuits in conjunction with the previous two, DC bias to entrain the water molecules for fracture, etc.
