Cannabis clubs are set to open in Germany following their legalisation at the start of this month.
Germany partly decriminalised marijuana use on 1 April this year, allowing over 18s to possess up to 25g of cannabis in public and adults to grow up to three plants per household.
But for those wanting to just purchase the drug, growers associations or "social clubs" can now be established with up to 500 members, as of 1 July.
Members must be over 18 and live in Germany, and a the clubs can grow and distribute the drug on a strictly not-for-profit basis.
