INGREDIENTS:
(makes 6-7 quesadillas)
400 gms chicken Mince
3 tbsp oil
2 garlic chopped
2-3 green chilies chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Half tsp paprika
Half tsp oregano
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Half cup bell peppers/capsicum chopped
2 tbsp spring onion chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
Mozzarella cheese (as required)
10-14 jalapeños oTortilla wraps
METHOD:
In a wok add oil, sauté garlic,add mince along with green chilies, spices, bell pepper, spring onions, soy sauce,cook for 12-1 5 mins, its ready. Let it cool aside. On a grill pan brush some oil, put tortilla, add chicken, cheese and jalapeños, Place another tortilla on top.Keep the flame low.Press it for a minute. Now Flip the quesadilla and let it cook until cheese melts. Cut them into squares and Enjoy
