Jesus Begins His Public Ministry by Cleansing the Temple - John 2:13-25

Idenified by John the Baptist as the Lamb of God, Jesus begins His ministry during the Passover in Jerusalem. His first official act is to expose the corruption of the current religious system by cleansing the Temple.
