Recipe No. 1:
Ingredients:
Eggplants 3 pieces (800g).
Beat the eggplants.
Look how soft they have become.
For the filling, make a lengthwise cut.
Add the filling.
Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Bake in the oven preheated to 200 °C for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with basil.
Filling:
1 bell pepper.
2 tomatoes.
Chives.
2 cloves of garlic.
100 grams of mozzarella cheese.
100 grams of feta cheese.
50 ml of vegetable oil.
Season with pepper and salt.
Recipe #2:
Ingredients:
Eggplants 3 pieces (900g).
Cut the eggplants into slices.
Spray a baking tray with olive oil.
Place the eggplants on a baking tray.
Drip the eggplants with oil.
Season with pepper and salt.
Bake in the oven preheated to 190 °C for 20 minutes.
Put some tomato sauce in the baking dish.
Then place the eggplant rolls on top.
Then cover with the remaining tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese (30 g).
Bake in the oven preheated to 190 °C for 15 minutes.
Tomato sauce for eggplants:
Olive oil.
1 onion.
Fry the onion for 1 minute.
Basil leaves.
1 clove of garlic.
350 ml grated tomatoes.
2 teaspoons sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon tomato paste.
Cover with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Filling:
Parmesan cheese 40 gr.
Mozzarella cheese 80 gr.
Ricotta cheese 250g.
1 egg.
1 clove of garlic.
Recipe #3:
Ingredients:
Eggplant 3 pieces (900g).
Cut the eggplant into slices.
Place the eggplant on a baking sheet.
Brush the eggplant with oil.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190 °C for 20 minutes.
Mozzarella cheese 170 gr.
Place the baked eggplant in a baking dish.
Add the filling.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Layer all the products.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190 °C for 15 minutes.
Oil for greasing eggplants:
smoked paprika 1 teaspoon.
1 teaspoon salt.
vegetable fat.
Filling:
tomatoes 900 gr.
Make slits to make it easier to remove the skin.
Pour boiling water over for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Fry the onion until golden brown.
add chopped tomatoes.
2 cloves of garlic.
Basil leaves.
Pepper.
Salt.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
