Besan Toast Sandwich | Vegetarian french Toast | Pudla Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup besan
2 tbsp chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped tomato
1 green chilli finely choopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 slices bread
green chutney
tomato ketchup
cheese
1 tbsp oil

Method:
1. In a bowl, add besan, onions, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander, salt,red chilli powder, black pepper and water. Mix until well combined.
2. In a non stick pan, add 1 tbsp oil.
3.Dip 2 slices of the bread in the besan mixture and place it on the pan.
4. Let it cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame and gently flip it over.
5. Cook on the other side as well.
6. While they are on the pan, apply green chutney on one slice and tomato ketchup on the other bread. Sprinkle cheese on the green chutney.
7. Place the ketchup bread onto the other bread and make into a sandwich.
8. Cook for 1 minute and serve hot with chutney!
