July 1, 2024 BOS Meeting: Illegitimate Authority

This is my second presentation of the day and contains testimony from myself and Jennifer Esposito regarding the approval of the new Director of Public Health. We emphasize the importance of not repeating the mistakes and abuse of power of the previous Mohave County Health "Authorities". I testify that the "authority" local government assumed during Covid was illegitimate. I also illustrate that while there have been "admissions" of "over-stepping" authority and that "mistakes" were made, there has been no accountability for the harm. I ask for an after-action review, so history doesn't repeat. Pay close attention to the comments from the "order-following" Supervisors and bureaucrats who wish to shift the blame and responsibility for their actions to the "order-givers" in authority above them.
