Shucking Chowder & Cherrystone Clams

7/2/2024 My friend Brendan Fogerty harvested some clams for a family get together in Jefferson, North Carolina that we attended. The small littleneck clams, we used for dinner one evening, and the bigger ones I just got around to shucking today. The cherrystone clams I will use for linguine clam sauce tonight, and the chowders I will salt and use for bait.
