Friends, meat and tomato pie

This is my wife's culinary invention. I'm treating you, friends. Pie with meat and tomatoes. Everything is covered in mayonnaise. Similar to pizza, but heartier and simpler. Economy version of pizza :)

Living a rural life, we often experiment with food. This is good for savings and health. It’s especially easy to come up with new food in the summer when there are a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits in the garden. Fortunately, our nature is generous with the harvest.
