Today we do a deep dive into Murphy v Missouri, which addresses the appeal in the Missouri v Biden case alleging that the government abused its powers to censor political opponents and curtail our 1st Amendment Rights.

We then address the recent gun case of United States v Rahimi where the Supreme Court again incorrectly applied the concept of Incorporation to gun laws.
