What’s your favorite holiday and why?

Maybe it's a birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, or a holiday that's part of your own country. The key thing here guys, it's something that's special to you, and I’d love to hear from you guys more about this.

That's why tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from his word this morning, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you will give you cause to rejoice, and to be grateful to the lord for the holidays and special occasions that you have. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional comment and I pray that it helps you to see God and His divine sovereignty, as well as His loving character and all the holidays that you celebrate.

How does celebrating it remind you of God’s goodness?

I pray that as you look at every holiday and special occasion that you celebrate, that you first and foremost thank God for getting to celebrate them. Thank God for creating the fun, the festive, the joy in whatever holiday that you get to celebrate, but most of all, take time to have fun celebrating them in Him. As Tim Gustafson, this morning's devotional writer says so very well, “Camping may not be your idea of fun, but God instituted a one-week camp out for the Israelites as a joyful way to recall his goodness. We easily forget the meaning at the heart of our holidays. Our festivals can be joyous reminders of the character of our loving God. He created fun too.” Let's remember to honor God in all the holidays that we get to celebrate, and thank Him for the fun, the joy, and the laughter that we get to have, that God has created and everyone of His festivals!
