2 eggs + 1 yolk
Sunflower seeds/sesame seeds

Mix.
Add flour.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Form 6 balls.
Mash into thin layers with a spoon.
Make holes.
Beat the yolk.
Grease with egg yolk.
Sprinkle with various grains.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
