Minced meat 450-500 grams (I use turkey)

Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Rice 190 grams
Water 250
Canned beans 200 grams
Canned corn 200 grams
Spices (salt, pepper, turmeric, basil)
Cheese 100 grams
Vegetable oil for frying

Peel the onion.
Chop the onion.
Grate the garlic.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the minced meat.
Stir constantly.
Fry until minced meat is cooked.
Add corn.
Add beans.
Add rice.
Add spices.
Add water.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Add cheese.
Place in a baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 200 degrees for 1 - 1.5 hours.
