Good morning, it is Monday, July 1, 2024, and we all have much to celebrate, and even more to understand this morning and through this week on the AMGrind. You know how I sometimes ask, can't we just get a slow news day, can't the authoritarians just lay down for a nap like their WannaBeDictator the Generallissimo Jose Bidenamos... I don't know about you, but if this is what winning feels like, I had nearly forgotten, I want some more.

But the headwinds are strong, and the potential outcomes catastrophic. So, before we get too excited, we need to know what we are talking about these coming weeks and stay focused on the country, because that is what Donald Trump is doing, that is what much of the Supreme Court is doing, that is what we MUST keep doing.

Before we get into tall of that, I want to thank my illustrious and learned co-host Mr. Steve Weaksauce, also, we expect to have Dante here this morning, and I have invited Mr. Jason Fyk, and Mr. Mike Benz, who may join when they wake up. Unfortunately they have not fully bought into the early bird, worm and all that, but I think we might get a surprise.

Today's agenda, and please everyone bare with me this morning, and with our speakers and guests, because there is so much to cover, we are going to hit:
1) Today's news including French elections yesterday and expected SCOTUS rulings today
2) Update on weekend discussions at camp david and some brilliant analysis from Steve Bannon as well as your hosts and you
3) Chevron Deference for dummies, like me, and its implications.

For the rest of the week, we are going to dive into each of these key cases, and the legal framework that will allow or block Biden's replacement, should he choose to step aside.

1. In France yesterday, the "far right", which, as we all know now, just means normal people, who aren't communists, ran away with the first round of polling... And, as usual, the cry babies are rioting with the approval of the globalists and national "security" apparatus over there... Dante will be able to give us more nuance, as there are runoffs next week.
It's even worse than the 33% result makes it sound, because if they carry the day all the candidates, the conservatives would have, as described by Euronews: "If the score is confirmed next Sunday in the second round, the party could secure between 230 and 280 seats - just nine seats short of an absolute majority."

2. The CDC has declared in a new Loyalty Test that you need to get vaccinated again. This is also a direct ask for a Chevron challenge. We'll talk about this more later, but, we'll just say, they can stick those shots in Fauci's ass.

3. And this is going to get complicated folks, so, we may cover this is more detail later in the week, but, for the moment, it looks like Joe Biden is not leaving the presidency or the race. 4. Steve Bannon reports to Prison today, taking him largely out of President Trump's camp for the remainder of the election. Coincidence, I think not... Our Bannon is the Honey Badger video is in the nest for fun. Really sad day when he and Peter Navarro are locked up as political prisoners. Are you ready MAGA army?

5.The knives are out for the court, and it's going to get worse. We often talk about how there are only 6 people in DC holding the line against the tyranny the left wishes to release. So, below are the cases being expected to have opinions issued today.
